I’m someone who’s experienced the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. I’ve built and sold a couple of companies, but it almost cost me my mental health. I’m also the partner of a mental health sufferer and father of 3 so I’ve been a keen student of mental health in more ways than one.

When I woke up in an ambulance 15 years ago, I realized that I couldn’t keep sacrificing my well-being for success. That’s when I made a conscious decision to prioritize my mental health. It was a turning point for me. I rediscovered who I was and transformed into the best version of myself – not just for me, but for everyone I love and serve. Since then, I’ve experienced unprecedented levels of individual and organizational performance, my professional and personal relationships are the best they’ve been and I am able to be the change I want to see in the world.
